  • Graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1985.  (Kenneth E. Hagin - Founder)

  • Earned Bachelor, Master’s and Doctorate of Ministry in Theology with Life Christian University (Tampa, FL).

  • Lived and served 14 years overseas on the full-time mission field from 1986-2000 (Belize, England and the Czech Republic).

  • Member of Rhema Ministerial Association International - both licensed and ordained.

  • Served as Youth pastor at a local church in Okmulgee, Oklahoma from 1985-1986.

  • Served full-time as a missionary on the foreign mission field for nearly 14 years from 1986-2000. (Belize, England, and the Czech Republic)

  • Served on staff at El Shaddai Bible Training Center, Belize, Central America 1986-1987, as an Bible instructor, and helped to develop an effective Bible School Curriculum.

  • Served on staff at Hampstead Bible School, London England from 1987-1992 as an Bible instructor.

  • Served as an Associate Minister, Children's minister and assisted in music ministry at Living Word Church in Kent, a suburb of London from 1987-1990.

  • Served as Director of Reach Out For Christ from 1992-2000 in the Czech Republic.

  • Founder and Director of Victory Bible Center - 1993-2000 (training men and women for ministry) located in the Czech Republic.

  • Pioneered and pastored 11 churches in the Czech Republic.

  • Conducted 23 City-wide evangelistic crusades in Eastern Europe resulting in more than 23,000 salvations.

  • Led evangelism on the streets of the Czech Republic for 3 years witnessing signs, wonders and miracles on a continual basis.

  • Founder and President of Todd Levin Ministries traveling nationally and abroad in ministry.

  • Guest lecturer at Rhema School of World Missions in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

  • Guest lecturer at Life Christian University in Tampa Florida.

  • Authored several books including, “Spiritual Signposts,” “Total Surrender,” “Leaving the place called wonderland” and “Faith Food.”

  • Itinerant Minister - from 2000 - to present (2010) - Nationwide and abroad.
